I created Journey to be a space where people feel heard, cared for, and supported with a more thoughtful approach to their health.
My Journey
Early in practice, I realized how often people felt rushed through healthcare without enough time to ask questions, understand what was going on, or feel like the full picture was being considered. That never felt right to me.
I created Journey to be different. I wanted a space where care could feel more personal, where patients have time to talk through what they’re experiencing, and where recommendations are built around the person in front of me rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
My background began in chiropractic care, where I developed a hands-on approach that combines adjustments, soft tissue therapies, rehabilitation, and other supportive treatments based on what each patient needs.
Over time, I also became increasingly interested in the bigger health questions patients were bringing into the office, including fatigue, hormone changes, metabolic concerns, digestion, inflammation, and why they sometimes still didn’t feel well even when individual tests looked “normal.”
That led me to pursue advanced training in Functional Medicine and earn my CFMP credential. Today, I’m able to bring both perspectives together by looking at movement, recovery, lifestyle, health history, symptoms, and clinical information more comprehensively.
Whether you’re coming in for pain, recovery, or a deeper look at your overall health, my goal is the same: to listen carefully, explain what I’m seeing, and help you move forward with a plan that makes sense for you.

Advanced Training in Functional Medicine
I completed a 300-hour Functional Medicine training program through Functional Medicine University and earned the Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner (CFMP) credential.
That training expanded how I evaluate complex health concerns by looking at patterns across symptoms, lifestyle, nutrition, medications, existing lab work, metabolic health, hormones, digestion, inflammation, stress, and recovery.
My approach is still practical and evidence-focused. I use existing information first, recommend additional testing only when it can help answer a meaningful question, and refer or collaborate with other providers when something falls outside my scope.
