Yes, we accept ASH (American Specialty Health), which manages chiropractic benefits for several major insurance plans, including Cigna, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, and Florida Blue. Coverage varies by plan, so not all policies include chiropractic benefits through ASH. To confirm if you’re covered, search for Sammer Yacoub in your provider directory, or call/text us at (321) 926-4565 and we’ll verify before your appointment. For all other plans, we are currently out-of-network, allowing us to provide personalized, uninterrupted care. We are a non-participating Medicare provider. Medicare patients pay upfront and may submit claims for potential reimbursement.
