Q: What is the current promotion for new patients?

A: We're excited to offer a special promotion for new patients at Journey Spinal Care. For just $35, new patients can receive an initial exam and their first chiropractic adjustment. This introductory offer is designed to make it easier and more affordable for new patients to start their journey to recovery with us.

Q: Do I need to subscribe or become a member to purchase a package?
A: No, there is no subscription or membership required to purchase any of our chiropractic packages. You can buy any package as a one-time purchase according to your needs.

Q: How much is a single chiropractic visit for existing patients, and how can I receive discounted rates?
A: A single chiropractic visit for existing patients is $45.

*To experience discounted rates on adjustments and bodywork, we recommend purchasing one of our packages.*

Q: Can I share my package with family members?
A: Yes! We understand the importance of family wellness. All our packages can be shared with your family members*. Simply let us know at the time of the appointment who will be using the package visit.

 

*Please note that each new patient will need an initial exam, which is offered at a new patient special of $35.

Q: Are there refunds available for package purchases?
A: We do not offer refunds on purchased packages. We encourage our patients to consider their needs carefully before purchasing a package.

Q: What is the validity period for each package?
A: All packages must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase. We recommend scheduling your visits within this timeframe to make the most of your package.

Q: What does "bodywork" include in your office?
A: At Journey Spinal Care, 'bodywork' refers to various techniques we employ to help improve body function and relieve muscle tension. This includes:

  • Massage: Manual manipulation of soft body tissues to enhance health and well-being.

  • Cupping: A therapy that uses suction cups to stimulate your skin and muscles.

  • Scraping (Gua Sha): A traditional healing technique that involves scraping your skin with a massage tool to improve circulation.

  • Stretching: Techniques aimed at improving flexibility and muscle elasticity.

Q: Do you accept health insurance?
A: We are not in-network with any health insurance providers. This allows us to provide highly personalized care without the constraints typically imposed by insurance plans.

*Please be advised that Journey Spinal Care is not a participating provider for Medicare. We are a non-participating provider, which means that while we can still see Medicare patients, you may be required to pay for services upfront. We will provide you with the necessary documentation to submit your claim to Medicare for reimbursement.

Q: Can I use my Health Savings Account (HSA) card to pay for services?
A: Some HSA cards may be used for our services. We recommend checking with your HSA provider to confirm whether our services are eligible under your plan.
